The Carrollton, Mississippi native attended Blue Mountain College from 1995-2000 where she attained her Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry and Physical Education
Saulter attended Delta State University from 2007-2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (2009) and her Masters in Ed Health Physical Education and Recreation (2010)
She has taught and coached in the MAIS for seven years, before returning to school at Delta State. She also worked for King's Daughter Hospital (now Baptist)/MS Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center for six years in Yazoo City covering four high schools and two middle schools. She then went to work for Elite for six years covering three Jackson area high schools.
