The Mississippi Delta Community College men's basketball team pulled out a thrilling 75-74 victory over Co-Lin Community College on Monday evening, as Darius Jackson (Plaquemine, La.) hit two free throws with 0.7 seconds left in the ballgame to lead the Trojans to the win and help them improve to 2-2 on the young season.

MDCC defeated CMP Prep, 107-76, a night before to pick up their first win of the season.

Jackson led all scorers with 26 points against Hinds, as well as grabbing six boards. Chavis Banks (Yazoo City) and Anfernee Diggins (Greenville) each had double-doubles, with Banks scoring 11 points and pulling down 13 rebounds and Diggins finishing with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
