KenTerious Owens (Oxford), a rising sophomore on the Mississippi Delta Community College football team, was named to the JCGridiron.com National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Weakside Ends Watch List for the upcoming 2020 season on Wednesday.

Owens, a 6'4, 253 lb. defensive lineman, had a standout freshman campaign for the Trojans in 2019. He collected 34 total tackles (25 solo & nine assists), while picking up 4.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.

The Oxford High School graduate also recovered a fumble for the Trojans as a rookie.

MDCC is temporarily set to open the 2020 season on Thursday, Aug. 27 when they play host to Pearl River Community College.
