Delta Area Churches Feed Trojan Athletes

When the MDCC cafeteria closed for Labor Day, the Trojan football team still needed meals. Area churches came to the rescue as Indianola First Methodist Church and Indianola First Baptist Church helped fill the hunger of the athletes. MDCC Athletic Director Jason Conner was happy with the local church response to his team's need.

"We could not have done it without these two amazing churches helping our student-athletes when the cafeteria closes. The Bride of Christ at work on the campus of Mississippi Delta Community College today! All we can say is Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!"
