Trojans Road WIn over Tigers, Push for Post Season Play

The Mississippi Delta Community College Trojans took down the Coahoma Community College Tigers in Clarksdale, 75-73. 

The Trojans were down by as much as 14 in the second half and battled back to tie the score at 69, again at 71-71 and finally took the 75-73 win.

In the final seconds, the Tigers drove the length of the court but couldn't convert the shot and rebounded shot attempt.

The Trojans finish the regular season on Monday, March 3 when they host East Central at J.T. Hall Coliseum.

And they are working to make the Region 23 post-season.

Tied for 8th place in the MACCC, the Region 23 seedings will filter out after all of Monday's games conclude.
